HIGH-PERFORMANCE WORKSHOPS
APPLY

This is more than a training experience.

This high-performance workshop is designed to answer one fundamental question for both players and parents.

Are we on the right path, and do we truly understand what that path requires?

This is not about quick fixes or short-term results. It is about mindset, habits, decision-making, and the environment surrounding the player.

Over two focused days, players and parents gain clarity on how elite players train, how they think, and how they develop over time, and how families can align their efforts toward sustainable, long-term progress.

Workshop format

This is a two-day high-performance intensive combining on-court and off-court work.

On court, the focus is on quality, standards, and intention.

Off court, the focus is on mindset, habits, structure, and decision-making.

Parents are actively included through dedicated sessions and guided discussions.

The group is intentionally small to allow depth, focus, and meaningful interaction.

Elite Global High-Performance
Tennis Coach

Nick Horvat

Nick Horvat is a high-performance tennis coach with extensive experience across elite international tennis environments, from junior development to professional-level preparation.

He has worked with players competing at the highest levels of the sport, including Olympic and Grand Slam environments.

Nick’s work is built around the foundations that separate levels in tennis: deliberate practice, habit formation, decision-making, and environment. His approach prioritizes long-term player development over short-term solutions.

This workshop reflects how elite tennis is actually developed at the highest level.

Coaching Background and Experience

Nick's professional experience includes work within:

  • elite junior and professional development programs
  • international high-performance training environments
  • Olympic and Grand Slam preparation contexts
  • long-term athlete development systems
  • individual player progression from junior to elite level

His role consistently goes beyond technical instruction. He works at the intersection of performance, mindset, structure, and decision-making, helping players and families understand not only what to train, but how to think about development over time.

This workshop condenses that experience into a focused, practical format for players and parents.

Workshop Background

For Players

  • a clear framework for how elite players structure training weeks and seasons
  • a deeper understanding of what high-quality practice actually looks like
  • insight into why progress often stalls and how to avoid common traps
  • clear standards around focus, consistency, and intensity
  • tools to train with intention rather than autopilot
  • greater awareness of responsibility, habits, and behavior at higher levels

This workshop helps players understand the bigger picture behind improvement, not just the next drill or session.

For Parents

  • a clearer understanding of long-term development versus short-term outcomes
  • insight into how elite pathways differ from local competition logic
  • clear role definition and boundaries as a parent
  • practical tools for communication around wins, losses, and expectations
  • guidance on balancing tennis, school, recovery, and personal growth
  • a clearer picture of what a healthy high-performance environment looks like

The goal is not to do more. The goal is to do what truly matters.

Shared outcomes

When players and parents attend together, families leave aligned.

They develop a shared understanding of standards, effort, and progress. This alignment reduces conflict, removes confusion, and strengthens long-term decision-making.

This shared clarity is one of the most overlooked competitive advantages in junior tennis.
